Tampa Bay Mobility Scooter Rental On-Time Delivery Promise

We're not trying to be the cheapest scooter in Tampa. We're trying to be the one that actually shows up.

1. Same-day delivery promise

Book by 2:00 PM for delivery by 8:00 PM the same day within our confirmed Tampa Bay service zones. If we miss the promised delivery, your first day is free.

2. A real window, not "sometime today"

We text you a 2-hour delivery window before we leave. If we arrive outside that window, that day's rental is free.

3. Working scooter or a swap within 4 hours

If your scooter has a problem, we bring a replacement within 4 hours (8 AM–8 PM). If we can't, every hour you're without a scooter is credited back.

4. If we can't deliver, you're protected

If we can't deliver on your confirmed date, you receive a full refund plus a $50 credit toward a future rental or purchase.

Promise terms. Applies to confirmed bookings within our Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater delivery zones. Same-day cutoff is 2:00 PM Eastern for delivery by 8:00 PM the same day; bookings after 2:00 PM are treated as next-day for the Promise (we'll still try tonight). "That day is free" means the daily rate for the affected day is refunded or credited. Promise does not apply when the customer or their designee is not available at the confirmed address during the window, when the address or contact number provided is incorrect, or during a declared weather emergency, hurricane watch/warning, or road closure. Replacement guarantee excludes damage caused by misuse or water exposure. One claim per rental; credits have no cash value and expire in 12 months.

Our scooters are designed for travel and local outings, but attraction, airline, and cruise-line policies can change. Check the venue or carrier's current mobility-device requirements before your trip. For Port Tampa Bay rentals, we recommend the folding Air Traveler.
What if I need to cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your delivery window. Same-day bookings can be cancelled free until our driver is dispatched.
What happens if the scooter breaks?
