Metro Mobility M1 Scooter Warranty

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

All electrical parts, including controllers and battery chargers. Drivetrain, including transaxle, motor, and brake.

HALF-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

The battery is covered by a separate six-month warranty, provided by the battery manufacturer.

This Product will ship to you for free.

Large and heavy items will be shipped via freight LTL delivery.

You will schedule an appointment with the shipping company once it arrives at your local freight center to plan a time for delivery.

You will be required to sign at the time of delivery.

Products under about 150 Lbs. will ship via ground shipping by FedEx or UPS.

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@MobilityDepartment.com

What if there is damage during transit?

Please inspect the condition of your item and its packaging upon delivery, If there is any visual damage to the item or its packaging, please make note of that on the Bill Of Landing for any freight shipment. 

Contact us immediately with your order number and photos/videos to show any damage that might have occurred. 

We will either replace the item or give you instructions for return shipping and a full refund.

Very nice scooter

I bought two of these for the wife and I, we only use them if there is a lot of walking involved. We have used them to toure hover dam, and several huge flee markets and walking tours, along with several amusement parks, my biggest concern was battery life, but to date them seem to be doing good have used them for about the longest of 6 hours in one day. I just wish there was a weather cover for them when they are broke down sitting in the bed of the pickup, I have the full weather covers, when traveling I take the seat and battery off and store in the 5th wheel but the scooters have to sit out, and when parked for the nite taken out and stored under the trailer to keep them dry. Just a cover that would fit over it with the seat and battery removed and bars folded down.

Now the five beep for brake solenoid won't reset.
Obviously, ive charged battery snd redshifted lever fifty times.
Waste of money. These scooters are cheap pieces of crap.
