Viva Lift Ultra Chair Warranty

Lifetime Warranty:

• The chair's lift and recline mechanisms, as well as the chair frame, have a lifetime warranty.
• This means these parts won't have defects from normal use for as long as the original owner has the chair.
• This covers any issues with metal fatigue, welds, and bushings.
• If there's a problem, Pride might just replace the part that's broken.

Seven-Year Pro-Rated Warranty:

• For the first four years, if there's a problem with the motor, hand control, or transformer/control box, Pride will fix or replace them.
• For the fifth to seventh years, you can get discounts on these parts if they need replacing:
  • Fifth year: 25% off the regular price.
  • Sixth year: 15% off.
  • Seventh year: 5% off.

Things Not Covered by the Warranty:

• The warranty doesn’t cover the chair's fabric or steel frame chairs.
• Pride won't pay for labor costs, service calls, shipping, or other charges for fixing the chair.
• If you send parts for repair or replacement, you have to pay for shipping.
• The warranty doesn’t cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or if you modify the chair without permission from Pride.
• Battery leaks and using the chair for business purposes are also not covered.

Other Details:

• The implied warranties, which include the chair being fit for use and good quality, last for one year.
• Pride isn’t responsible for any other types of costs or damages that might happen.

This Product will ship to you for free.

Large and heavy items will be shipped via freight LTL delivery.

You will schedule an appointment with the shipping company once it arrives at your local freight center to plan a time for delivery.

You will be required to sign at the time of delivery.

Products under about 150 Lbs. will ship via ground shipping by FedEx or UPS.

What if there is damage during transit?

Please inspect the condition of your item and its packaging upon delivery, If there is any visual damage to the item or its packaging, please make note of that on the Bill Of Landing for any freight shipment. 

Contact us immediately with your order number and photos/videos to show any damage that might have occurred. 

We will either replace the item or give you instructions for return shipping and a full refund.
