P-Lift Warranty
All new products are covered by a limited warranty issued by the manufacturer. While warranty claims are processed through the Company for customer convenience, all warranty coverage, terms, and determinations remain the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
Batteries are covered for six (6) months, and replacement or spare parts are covered for one (1) year, as defined by the manufacturer. This limited warranty does not include labor, installation, or service costs, and does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper use, accidents, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
The warranty also excludes non-durable items and components subject to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to rubber materials, accessories, wheels, brakes, upholstery, and plastic parts, which may require routine replacement.
All warranty claims require valid proof of purchase and must be submitted through the Company. For products confirmed by the manufacturer to be under warranty, the manufacturer may, at its discretion, authorize the Company to provide a replacement part at no charge. The manufacturer alone determines warranty eligibility, remedies, and fulfillment.
The Company acts solely as a facilitator of warranty claims and assumes no liability for manufacturer defects, warranty decisions, labor, installation, loss of use, or any indirect or consequential damages.
