The chair is great but I didn’t receive the car charger, cup holder, or extra seat that were supposed to be included according to your website.

The Matrix Fiber Carbon Electric Wheelchair is well built, the seat is comfortable, and it is well worth the money. I like that there are several speed options and it goes quite fast. One thing that could be improved upon is the cup holder. It should be designed to slip into the slot on the other armrest where the joystick could go.

When I see people on other scooters I feel like they're driving a Ford and I'm driving a Porsche. Loading it in my van is so easy. I just tip it back, roll it on the small anti-tip wheels until the front wheels are in the van side door, lift the back and push.

This is the answer I needed.

The joy stick is very readable compared to a previous chair we had. This chair is also a bit heaver than the old chair but runs very well. Very pleased with it

Full disclosure: I haven't used my wheelchair a lot simply because I haven't had to. So based on my limited use I will say it is a very handy option to have. I need help lifting it in/out of the car but it is extremely easy to fold/unfold. Be warned, the joystick steering is very sensitive and will take some getting used to. I still panic a bit in a crowded store isle or busy sidewalk. I suppose I just need practice. Also you have to be mindful of getting into the chair. By this I mean when backing yourself into the chair to sit down you naturally reach for the arms of the wheelchair. However, the joystick/control panel is right where you reach (because you're reaching backwards). YOU CAN NOT LEAN ON IT OR IT WILL SNAP OFF so again, be careful where you grab on to.

One suggestion: It would be very helpful to have a latch to keep it closed once folded, just like you see on baby strollers.

I am only 58 yr. and due to COPD can't walk any distance, even while on oxygen. Because of this I have slowly become a shut-in and have missed out on many activities & family events. Don't let yourself get to that point. Give yourself the gift of mobility and independence. I highly recommend this chair!
