EV Rider Easy Travel Warranty

EV Rider provides a three-year warranty on scooter frames, a one-year warranty on parts and electronics, and a six-month warranty on spare parts, excluding labor and shipping costs. Defects due to misuse, wear and tear, or modifications are not covered. Battery performance issues are only warranted within the first two months. Services are available through authorized facilities, with proof of purchase required. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and excludes consequential damages, with some state exceptions.

Shipping

This Product will ship to you for free.

Large and heavy items will be shipped via freight LTL delivery.

You will schedule an appointment with the shipping company once it arrives at your local freight center to plan a time for delivery.

You will be required to sign at the time of delivery.

Products under about 150 Lbs. will ship via ground shipping by FedEx or UPS.

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Make sure this is what you want

I order this July 14th received it July 20th, I was excited about this because I really need mobility help and a relative found this scooter. Well it’s portable, rolls easy and comes in the color I want. What I didn’t notice or realized the color (plump is a manual fold. That’s find (no problem with that) but what I find so far the ride is best on smooth hard surfaces like the house, building s and stores places like that. Outside the ride is rough on the sidewalk where it can be uneven, don’t ride on grass it will tip and the hump in the driveway is a challenge.. Make sure you have someone that can lift it for you cause it is heavy for me.
I do like it so far it is providing me the help I need.
