Rio Dragonfly 2.0 Nexus 8 Manual Handcycle Warranty

Warranty

Rio Mobility warrants the Dragonfly for one (1) year from the date of initial consumer purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is only available for the original owner or purchaser and is non-transferable.

This warranty is VOID if:

Assembly and installation is not performed according to the instructions
Preventative and routine maintenance has not been performed
The serial number is removed or altered The handcycle is used in any competitive event
The handcycle is used in stunt riding, jumping, or similar activity
The handcycle is submerged in or sprayed with water; includes accidental exposure such as rain (applies mainly to electrical parts)
The handcycle is used in a manner contrary to the instructions outlined in the Owner’s Manual
Any modifications are made to the device.

Shipping

This Product will ship to you for free.

Large and heavy items will be shipped via freight LTL delivery.

You will schedule an appointment with the shipping company once it arrives at your local freight center to plan a time for delivery.

You will be required to sign at the time of delivery.

Products under about 150 Lbs. will ship via ground shipping by FedEx or UPS.

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
