Joerns RC 750 Bariatric Bed

Joerns WeCare® Full-Electric Warranty

Joerns® WeCare™ Bed is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of delivery, against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and service.

This one-year warranty includes all mechanical and electrical components.

Steel structural components on beds are covered under warranty for a period of 7 years from the date of delivery.

Welds are covered under warranty for the lifetime1 of the product.

Damage caused by use in unsuitable environmental conditions, abuse or failure to maintain the product in accordance with user and service instructions is not covered.

Any alteration, modification, or repair, unless performed by or authorized in writing by Joerns Healthcare, will void this warranty.

Parts

Joerns’ DermaFloat LAL contains various parts that wear from normal use. Joerns Healthcare’s obligation under this warranty is limited to supplying replacement parts, servicing or replacing, at its option, any product which is found by Joerns to be defective. When requested by Joerns, parts must be returned for inspection at the customer’s expense. Credit will be issued only after inspection.

Service

Most service requests can be handled by the facility Maintenance Department with assistance from the Joerns Healthcare Product Service Department.

Most parts requested can be shipped next day air at the customer’s expense.

Should a technician be required, one will be provided by Joerns Healthcare, at our discretion. Only the Joerns Healthcare Product Service Department can dispatch authorized technicians.

This Product will ship to you for free.

Large and heavy items will be shipped via freight LTL delivery.

You will schedule an appointment with the shipping company once it arrives at your local freight center to plan a time for delivery.

You will be required to sign at the time of delivery.

Products under about 150 Lbs. will ship via ground shipping by FedEx or UPS.

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@MobilityDepartment.com

What if there is damage during transit?

Please inspect the condition of your item and its packaging upon delivery, If there is any visual damage to the item or its packaging, please make note of that on the Bill Of Landing for any freight shipment. 

Contact us immediately with your order number and photos/videos to show any damage that might have occurred. 

We will either replace the item or give you instructions for return shipping and a full refund.
