How is this different from the Elite Traveller 2 Platinum?

Both share the same compact 37" turning and 5-piece disassembly. The Platinum edition adds premium upgrades: EZ Turn technology, Charge360 magnetic charging (no pins to line up), and a hand-or-foot adjustable tiller. This standard Elite Traveller uses Pride's iTurn system and a Delta tiller with a built-in charging port — the same dependable ride at a more accessible price.

How far can it travel on one charge?

With the standard 12AH battery, up to 8.8 miles (6.6 miles at full 300-lb load). With the optional 18AH battery, up to 13.8 miles (10.4 miles at full load). Hills, cold weather, and heavier loads reduce range.

How heavy are the pieces when disassembled?

The scooter separates into five lightweight pieces with feather-touch disassembly. The heaviest piece — the front section — is just 35 lbs, and the rest are lighter. No tools needed.

Can I change the color?

Yes — the Elite Traveller uses removable color-through shrouds, so you can switch up the look. Multiple colors are available; choose your color at checkout.

Is it covered by insurance or Medicare?

It's an FDA Class II Medical Device and is HSA/FSA eligible. Medicare coverage varies by situation — contact us and we'll help you understand your options.

What's the warranty?

Lifetime limited on the frame, 2-year limited on electronics, and 2-year limited on the drivetrain.

This Product will ship to you for free.

Large and heavy items will be shipped via freight LTL delivery.

You will schedule an appointment with the shipping company once it arrives at your local freight center to plan a time for delivery.

You will be required to sign at the time of delivery.

Products under about 150 Lbs. will ship via ground shipping by FedEx or UPS.

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@MobilityDepartment.com

Please inspect the condition of your item and its packaging upon delivery, If there is any visual damage to the item or its packaging, please make note of that on the Bill Of Landing for any freight shipment. 

Contact us immediately with your order number and photos/videos to show any damage that might have occurred. 

We will either replace the item or give you instructions for return shipping and a full refund.
