This comes with a standard lifetime motor and frame, 6 months battery, and 1-year spare parts warranty.

This Product will ship to you for free.

Large and heavy items will be shipped via freight LTL delivery.

You will schedule an appointment with the shipping company once it arrives at your local freight center to plan a time for delivery.

You will be required to sign at the time of delivery.

Products under about 150 Lbs. will ship via ground shipping by FedEx or UPS.

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@MobilityDepartment.com

The tricycle (FORTE Electric Tricycle With Rear Seat) was packed in a very sturdy box (2 boxes) and arrived in perfect condition. The assembly was as easy as Matthew said it would be, my son, who is 12 and and friend put it together in less than 2 hours. My son gave me and my daughter a ride around the neighborhood, we fit very comfortable on the rear seat and it felt a safe ride. We loved the speed and the smoothness of it. It is so practical, we even went for a a short visit to the grocery store and gave a good use of the very spacious storage compartment under the seat that fit very well a small watermelon and other items without any problems. My son loves it but the funny part is still trying to convince my mother to begin using it 🥰
Matthew was very kind and gave a military discount and followed up with me on the order tracking it to inform me of its ETA. Thank you for this great product. 🥰 So far I feel it is one of the a great purchase I have done.
