Joerns DolphinCare® Integrated Bed System Warranty

Joerns Healthcare warrants the DolphinCare Fluid Immersion Mattress System advanced support surfaces to be sold free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal and proper use, for a period of two (2) years on the advanced support surfaces, and two (2) years on the electromechanical mattress components (compressors, valves, printed circuit boards, hoses, and couplers). Damages arising from improper use will not be covered by this warranty. Improper use is defined as, but not limited to, those caused by:

• Burns

• Use of improper chemical agents • Needle punctures, cuts, or abrasions

• Excessive loads

• Staining

• Negligent or excessive usage

• Improper maintenance, handling and/or cleaning

• Failure to use in the manner indicated in the DolphinCare FIS System user manual.

Any modification, repair or alteration done to the DolphinCare FIS System that was not authorized in writing by Joerns Healthcare will void this warranty.

Damage caused by use in unsuitable environmental conditions, abuse or failure to maintain the product in accordance with user and service instructions is not covered.

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the equipment.

The ES2 and CBC control units will be covered for a period of two (2) years.

This Product will ship to you for free.

Large and heavy items will be shipped via freight LTL delivery.

You will schedule an appointment with the shipping company once it arrives at your local freight center to plan a time for delivery.

You will be required to sign at the time of delivery.

Products under about 150 Lbs. will ship via ground shipping by FedEx or UPS.

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@MobilityDepartment.com

What if there is damage during transit?

Please inspect the condition of your item and its packaging upon delivery, If there is any visual damage to the item or its packaging, please make note of that on the Bill Of Landing for any freight shipment. 

Contact us immediately with your order number and photos/videos to show any damage that might have occurred. 

We will either replace the item or give you instructions for return shipping and a full refund.
