My problem has to do with the Samsonite hard shell protective case. For a variety of reason (too heavy, too large) I can’t use this case and was told you will not take accessory returns. I was not told this and now am out $620!!! Otherwise I love the wheelchair.

Not real happy with the wheelchair. First off my mom can't get it in the car, I'm having trouble lifting it myself. Feels way heavier than 41 pounds. Then she still doesn't have freedom to go alone, no where to put items if she goes to the grocery. This was the main reason for ordering this thing. It is useless for her now. Then the extras it came with are sort of generic, not really worth having in my opinion. Wish this product would of helped her become more independent. Guess it was worth a try wish it wasn't so expensive. Knowing what I know now I would not have purchased.
