Returns

Purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The eWheel must be unopened and returned in its original packaging and condition.  A refund will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned Wheel. The Buyer must pay the shipping & handling costs for both the outbound & return shipment. We do not accept returns on used products & there may be a 10% restocking fee on returned items, depending on the situation.

What if there is damage during transit?

Please inspect the condition of your item and its packaging upon delivery, If there is any visual damage to the item or its packaging, please make note of that on the Bill Of Landing for any freight shipment. 

Contact us immediately with your order number and photos/videos to show any damage that might have occurred. 

We will either replace the item or give you instructions for return shipping and a full refund.
